Structural lining
A straightforward, fuss-free answer to leaking drains, structural lining involves a liner being installed between two accesses before the insertion of an inflation tube. The inflation tube is then pumped with compressed air, which forces the liner against the original pipe. After a curing time of around two hours, the inflation tube is removed to leave a new strong pipe.
Localized patch repair
Implementing the same technology as the structural lining process, patch repairs are used if the drain only has a small section of damage or there is a specific, localised issue. Patch repairs are typically a more cost-effective solution and can be installed from a single access point, causing minimal fuss and disruption.
